Chinese (Simplified) file synchronization and translation #406

I noticed that the Chinese translation of this mod is out of date and not complete. So, I updated the zh_cn.json file and completed the translation.

Version: 1.18.2

BTW, I noticed that there are some keys related to a mod called Dendrology, but I googled it and found nothing but some web pages indicating that it is a 1.7.10 mod. Are these keys still used? Because I cannot find any Chinese records of the mod itself or the trees mentioned in the language file, I left the tree names untouched and translated only the "casing" part.

Might need someone help integrate these translations to Chinese (Traditional).

Hey, thanks for taking the time to create this PR and I'm sorry I didn't get round to merging this. I've not worked on this project for a while and have decided to archive the git repository. Fear not, there is a fork https://github.com/DashieDev/DoggyTalentsNext which might be of interest. I don't expect to be back within the Minecraft community so farewell and happy mining!
