@StringRes, @LayoutRes etc should be used throughout.
Extend methods to accept res ids where views / strings are currently required:
- ViewUtils.hideView(view, R.id.my_layout);
- DialogUtils.quickDialog(context, R.string.my_string);
- ToastUtils.quickToast(context, R.string.my_string);
- ...
