Meteor is Fibers-free starting with v3.0.

This pull request solves all compatibility issues as of 3.0-beta.0. It contains:

Also bump the minimum version for 3.0 to the latest RC while publishing.

Hey guys, I've forked this repository to meteor-compat and released a new version compatible with Meteor 3.0-rc.0.

@denihs why? You have access to the percolate namespace. Why fork and release a new package?
