Tell us about the feature Store binary logs on a dedicated volume

Which product(s) is this request for? PXC, Operators

Tell us about the problem Right now binary logs are stored with the main data. It would be great to store them on a separate partition/volume/PVC.

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context Probably starting with dedicated PVC would be a good start. Not sure if storing binlogs in mem/locally brings any value,

maybe as part of this story we can add a possibility to disable binary logs
