As a user, I want to have smart upgrade functionality in PG Operator, so that PostgreSQL and other component container images are upgraded automatically and gracefully (with no downtime).
Details:
We have version service which can provide the latest or recommended software versions for Operators. But also Smart Upgrade feature in other Operator handles the upgrade, so that there is no downtime and the need to set images manually.
