Tell us about the feature

Right now to expose a mysql cluster with async replication we create a service which points to a primary node.

Problems:

• Failover is not smooth enough
• No traffic balancing towards replica nodes 

 

The proposed solution is to introduce HAProxy in front of the cluster which is going to route the traffic and monitor the health of the nodes.
