Tell us about the feature This feature allows to manage MySQL users and their grants through Operator. It should be possible to create the users during database provisioning and manage them later.

Which product(s) is this request for? PXC, Operators

Tell us about the problem Sometimes it would be much simpler to manage database users through Kubernetes CRs along with the DB infrastructure.

Describe alternatives you've considered There is a workaround - manage users outside of the operator.

There's a Percona blog post which seems to indicate that you do not intend to implement this in the operator. Is that true?
