Rich text Widget problem post-upgrade #1258

Describe the bug

"More" link is not working post upgrade.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Rich text Widget
  2. Add "More" link via the ellipsis button on the menu bar and click save.
  3. Click again on ellipsis button, the link is not there.

Expected behavior

"More" Link should be visible after adding.
