LDAP Authentication stopped working #733

On pre-release build 8.1.2 it looks like LDAP authentication has stopped working completely. This seems to be a regression that was introduced by the changes introduced by this https://github.com/percussion/percussioncms/commit/6036991bc7fe61327dc7003ff41da27807211a67

This needs to be corrected. Is related to #652 and #562

Can't reproduce. The issue was a bad manually edited config.xml on the developers instance.
