Right now, the SRTP KDF destroys the separation between the inner and outer halves of the master key, which means that EKT can't set the E2E key without also resetting the HBH key. This PR moves from the default SRTP KDF to use a "split PRF" that preserves the separation between the E2E and HBH halves of the key.
