Update entry for VivaAerobus on airlines.dat #11

Hello!

I'm testing your great work and so far, is excellent! Keep working on it!

I located an issue on the airlines.dat file regarding the VB IATA code, I believe that it should be updated to this airline: VivaAerobus instead of Birmingham European.

Here is the IATA table that I verified: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_airline_codes_(V)

VivaAerobus is already on the airlines.dat file as: 364,"Aeroenlaces Nacionales",\N,"","VIV","AEROENLACES","Mexico","N"
