Description Text over the images on the "Carousel-Example" component can be optimized with the addition of text color selection and expanded text placement options.

Steps to Replicate

1. Load the "Carousel-Example" component into the page builder container
2. View the 3 images pre-loaded in the carousel and notice how the text is not legible over the image

Notes The Image text box in the editing pane provides some basic text editing features, however, what is needed here is:

• The ability to move the image text to different locations in the image. At a minimum the ability to position the text to the left, right, or center of an image.
• The ability to control the image text color. At a minimum, the ability to select white or black text for each image (rather than applying the color as a Block Color Scheme to all slides)
• The ability to fill the text box with a solid color. At a mimimum, the color options should be white, black, and grey. (This option appears to exist on the live instance, localhost:8080, however it does not appear to be working.) With these enhancments, any text should be reasonably legible over any image

This is mostly fixed, what potentially remains is the last item in the list above. We have translucent overlay that makes the text caption more legible, but we can think of a solid background for the caption only.
