Add LibDBIcon library to MBB #23

Could you please add the library LibDBIcon to the MBB so we can use it with other addons? Thank you very much.

Can you give an example of an addon that uses LibDBIcon?

Leatrix plus, the button doesn't work with it's custom minimap. Says it needs LibDBIcon. https://www.leatrix.com/icons you can check for more info here.

To be clear.... I've not tested Arh with Square map shape.
