Description of changes

Installed and setup Pexels API.
Created useFetchedPhotos hook to fetch game photos

Test Steps

Verify that the array of photos returned from the API is rendered in a <pre> tag in the Game component (components/Game/index.jsx)

I actually need to merge this in now. This should have been a 2-3 different issues, but it all bled into one.
