Delete file when user delete everything in textarea (ver.2) #18

I'm tried to keep the same code standards.

Which I found is blank line after outer if by original code, and compact in inner if by the example.

And I'm doing my best to write comments, Is this alright?

I'm not a native speaker, I think it's more a matter of personal taste

We are just two foreigners trying hard to communicate in English.

Just change anything you want, after all you are the maintainer of this great notepad !
