Can't build tool chain on windows, possible issue with GMSGFMT, MSGFMT env variable? #188

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running the build toolchain to build

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A successful build for iphone development on windowsxp under cygwin

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest, cygwin, windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

Here is the output from the build.  I think there is a conflict with some
environment variable GMSGFMT and Mono?  What is this command?

I resolved this issue.

Apparently, msgfmt was installed.  It should have.  I removed the executable and
recompiled and the build continued.

You can close it.
