Pulled in a very nice library that works well with the kind of data we're displaying, websocket tech, and provides an easy-to-use api to customize the looks of it.

There's fine tuning of the style that could be done, but it's quite nice as is.
This PR creates a merge conflict on tmpl/footer.tmpl, which can be fixed easily by moving my <script src=[...]> includes into the {{- else if eq .Title "dashboard" }} section.
