OMPL algorithms & Thread Synchronisation

• Renamed simulator model Map to MapModel to avoid confusion with the other Map class. Appropriately renamed Main to MainModel for uniform naming of models.
• Updated all OMPL algorithms to work with latest Point interface. All OMPL algorithms now work.
• Removed usage of error-prone try-except blocks that caused OMPL algorithms to fail silently before.
• Reworked synchronisation between logic and graphics thread using condition variables instead of a global lock. This still only works when there is a single algorithm running, and spam resetting can eventually cause a stall.
