Partitioned FlatMap & Rendering Extended Walls & Thread Synchronisation Rework

• Polished graphics code & further optimisation.
• Implemented partitioned FlatMap and as a consequence, 2D maps are now render on both top & bottom face.
• Implemented super lazy (optimal) extended wall rendering
• Reworked CV thread synchronisation, fixing several bugs.
