I got Perfecty working and it does fire a notification when I manually publish a post. However, I'm using an RSS aggregator to auto generate posts and those aren't triggering the notification.
In plugins like "WP Telegram" there is an option to auto publish posts that have been created using a plugin. I wonder if Perfecty has the same functionality, or if there is any small tweak I can do to enable it.
