Support maven perforce scm ( p4maven) provider #13

My company is using p4maven and its has scm format as scm:p4://xxxxxx. sonar does not recognize this URL

There is no (more) relation between Maven and SonarQube SCM plugins. Please set sonar.scm.provider property to "perforce" to use this plugin as well as all other mandatory properties: https://github.com/SonarQubeCommunity/sonar-scm-perforce
