Modified the plugin to be compatible with Sonar Plugin API 7.4

This plugin currently has no maintainer -- which means there's no way this PR will get merged right now -- if you are interested in adopting it, I recommend posting over in https://community.sonarsource.com. :)

Hi! I would really love to see this change in the newer SQ versions as we also rely on Perforce. Is there any chance that this PR will be merged soon?

Hello, I looked up the forum post https://community.sonarsource.com/t/support-status-of-perforce-plugin/4746/22 and saw that the perforce team took ownership of the community plugin. Are there plans to bring the plugin up to date with recent SonarQube releases?
