New user setting up new installation of Neatline.
Neatline installed and configured.
First Neatline exhibit created.
- Spatial layers enabled: Stamen Toner, Watercolor, Terrain; OpenStreetMap
- Several Neatline records created, some with Omeka items linked.
- Neatline editor displays Stamen maps, but not OpenStreetMap
Exhibit does not display any map layers in Fullscreen or Public views - not Stamen nor OpenStreetMap

Help! Clues?

Deleted all exhibits and re-installed Neatline from Omeka's reference plugin library.
Rebuilt a test exhibit with one record.
Again, Editor display seems nominal but no spatial layer for Public or Fullscreen
Javascript console on Safari shows the following exception:

[Error] ReferenceError: Can't find variable: jQuery

Still looking for guidance or help!
