In this PR

Per #141:
- Persons List view
- Data generation: list of Persons, list of cross-references with Section IDs
- Links from Edition sections to Persons List
- Links in Persons List to Edition, external data source (if available)
- "Visualizations" renamed to "Exploration"
- Persons List added to index
- Index reorganized into MUI Grid layout
MUI upgraded and fixed deprecations
Merge redundant useEffect in Routes.js
