Media not loading on timeline event modal #282

This seemed to be happening because the identifier attribute on the manifest was incorrectly pointing to the v0 APOI endpoint. Ran the bundle exec rake core_data_connector:iiif:reset_manifests rake task.

This does not appear to be implemented at present. We can't seem to determine whether this is testable. Sending to Returned.
