Changes made to checked in schema do not always appear for other users right away #479

so this seems to be working as far as the checking in and out goes, but I notice that the schema changes are not always propagating

  1. Open as Steve
  2. Check out as Steve, make changes to schema
  3. Close as Steve, Open as Admin
  4. Changes are not there as Admin, cannot make changes :heavy_check_mark:
  5. Close as admin, open as Steve
  6. Check in changes
  7. Close as Steve, Open as Admin
  8. Changes are there for admin, check out as admin
  9. Remove changes made by Steve as Admin, check in as Admin
  10. Close as admin, open as Steve
  11. Changes made originally by Steve are still there.
  12. when I close the project and reopen as Steve, the changes are now gone.
