Neatline for Omeka S Troubleshooting

Hello,

I'm a professor at Pratt Institute where we use Omeka S v. 3.2.0 for our Museum Information Management class. One of my students wants to use Neatline for her graduation portfolio, but we are running into an issue with the Module. Below are the messages I see in the browser. I'm also attaching a screenshot of what we see in the application - a constant spinning wheel after we add a record. Am I missing something in the configuration? Any help offered would be greatly appreciated. Jen
