Can't resize left sidebar #164

It is no longer possible to horizontally resize the left sidebar by clicking and dragging.

Apparently, you can now drag against the far left border of the document tree, which causes some glitchy effects. Seems like JS to activate left sidebar resize is attached to wrong part of the DOM.
