Reorganize the tabs so that they encompass both the leaf image and the active transcription window or sequence window. The tabs will now run across the top of the screen. Changes to Zones will be associated with a particular transcription and users will be able to make their own zone boxes without effecting others.

Just adding notes for why I added the space in the first place in case we come back to it before we get to the Epic fix... This is how the previous rendering worked without breathing room for the buttons:
