XML Export give pages out of reading order #258

The Export XML button, pictured below, is supposed to download to the user a single XML file of all the published transcriptions in a given project. The transcriptions are wrapped in an XML template and then should be concatenated to the body in reading order. Presently, the pages are given in a seemingly random order. Note that the Edit Project Settings dialog is only available for the owner of the project.

The leaves and annotations seem to be in order, from looking at the XML output.
