"Insert Element" does not include zone ID #260

  1. Edit options (add, del, etc.) should display under the Zone ID on double-click, but as illustrated here the Zone ID now displays alone--no edit options:

  1. As a result of the latest fix, I can now insert an element for this procedure using the "Tags" dropdown at lower left in the above image. However, that option leaves the "facs" zone ID out of the newly-created element.
