Hello everyone, this PR is regarding issue #7, I've renamed all of the instances of elastic and elasticsearch from the rpm package files with opensearch, and separated the Makefile install step of perfsonar-archive and perfsonar-dashboards. I have also created
subdirectories for the apache config dir to separate confs from the archive and dashboard packages. I tested it in a centos7 VM and it all worked correctly.
