threshold change picked up by meshconfig guiagent not propagating to maddash.yaml #72

Observed one case in which a change to UDP test threshold in meshconfig-guiagent.conf is picked up in meshconfig-guiagent.log but does not propagate to maddash.yaml as expected. In this case, restarting maddash-server service does not appear to cause maddash.yaml to receive the updated threshold values.

Noted an inconsistency in name. Error between keyboard and chair :)
