This is a task to define a new JSON schema to be consumed by psConfig . It should include all major concepts currently supported in MeshConfig, a few new ones like contexts and linking tests, and use terminology consistent with pscheduler. It should also contain extensible areas for test parameters, archiver definitions and contexts so they fit nicely in the plug-in architecture.
