I would like to suggest here another dimension for Nagios and MADDASH checks that we take in consideration: Number of results defining a meaningful / reliable performance status assessment.
This would require another parameter to be optionally added, that can be automatically suggested by the meshconfig configuration management.
For example above 75% of a full set of results would still be OK, but less would be "Warning". If there are no tests found the Nagios check will anyway fail.
The indication of "Warning" could be, if possible, an outlined rectangular with a single line in a diagonal in black.
No additional data would need to be parsed, since the information is already available!
Additional evaluation and status states would be needed in order to indicate the different status combinations.
Suggested changes in the GUI are only desirable. I am open for other suggestions/solutions as well.
