Add support for TWAMP light #56

TWAMP light is TWAMP without the control protocol, see Appendix I of RFC-5357. We should look at adding support for TWAMP light measurements in the current twping implementation.

Maybe adding a switch to bypass all control session and just use the port range given by the -P option would be enough.

Hi there @laeti-tia , is this implemented ?
The bot seems to suggest that it is EDIT ok I just realized that this is ready to-be-implemented, rather than already-implemented. But I do not see it in the projects view. Is there a plan to add this option? If so is there a start date?
