Service status check reports usage #7

When running the command service --status-all the owampd service reports its usage instead of its status.

root@centos6:)~# service snmpd status
snmpd is stopped
root@centos6:(~# service owampd status
usage: /etc/init.d/owampd (start|stop|restart|help)

start      - start owampd
stop       - stop owampd
restart    - restart owampd if running by sending a SIGHUP or start if 
             not running
help       - this screen
