There are no documentation for how I run Owamp on Ubuntu. Please help.

If the owamp-client package is installed, information on how to run the client is in the owping(1) manual page.

If you're trying to run a server, installing the owamp-server package and making sure the owamp-server systemd service is enabled and started should get that going.
