Merge IO::Interface::Simple patch upstream #33

Nor Debian 7 & 8 nor Ubuntu 14 provides Net::Interface packages. We currently maintain a Debian patch to replace calls to this library by calls to IO::Interface::Simple.

We should merge this in the master branch as IO::Interface::Simple is also available for CentOS.
