Package Sys::Hostname for Debian #4

https://github.com/perfsonar/perl-shared/commit/4aeb595f85b176dc3858d7e43ae9a9031658f992 introduced Sys::Hostname to discover the domain of a node. Unfortunately this perl module is not available under Debian. We need to package it.

This module is actually part of the main perl package, so we don't need to package anything.
