Add loss to traceroute visualization #655

Request from Eli Dart:

I want a traceroute visualizer that incorporates OWAMP data so that it's easy to tell if a path is loss-free from OWAMP's perspective. This would make it very easy to determine if a perfSONAR-monitored path was loss-free.

Here is a sample way to visualize traceroute that might be useful. (mostly the 'subway map' near the bottom).
