Related to #6 this is to create in Google folder a Trainings repository:

A place to store reusable (and proved to be good) trainings agendas and materials / materials pointers
Could make standard training preparations faster, smoother and more unified
Few most popular targets like: short intro, day into, n-days full training

Training team has access to edit/curate; public can view.
