Build Stops Mysteriously #12

The minor-packages repo stops building and heads into gather after perl-Mojolicious no matter where in the build order it is.

Seen in docker.

The problem turned out to have been caused by something in the module's test suite. How that affected Unibuild is beyond me. For the sake of expediency, test in that package was disabled since we're going to be dropping Perl in the future.
