Output version number #21

When a different unibuild run produce a different result, or error, it might be that the unibuild in use is different. It would be useful to be able to print the unibuild version number automatically at the start of every build and when unibuild is called with a specific option like --version.

Added a version command to explicitly dump the version and made the build command print the version number at the start.
