Excluding orig /debian/ dir if existing #30

Trying to build paris-traceroute on Debian or Ubuntu as we currently have it in the repository is failing. The original tarball from this project already contains a /debian/ directory and it seems that during the build it conflicts with the one we provide. Excluding it when unpacking the orig tarball seems to fix this issue.

After some more testing, it turns out the packaging issue was not because of this /debian/ directory present in the original tarball. paris-traceroute is building fine without any change to Unibuild.
