sorry, I'm new to both github and home assistant, as well as hikvision. I just couldn't find anything better to rack my brains with. First of all, congratulations, because you are my savior. I have the kd8103-e6 model, which for some reason does not have SIP configuration. and now I try to control it with home assistant, but I see that it does not appear in the dorbell models that you have indicated as compatible. I was wondering if you would be kind enough to add said model to your next revision, since I think it doesn't work with the beta, and I'm working on it with the stable one.

AH ok, np

well , it doenst mean that its not on the list that it doesnt work... I have just added there the devices that i do know , that other people confirmed.. :-) Just try to configure it , and show me the addon log if it doesnt work :-)

In the stable version it detects movement events, now I only need to open the door and call 6 interior intercoms... I have a pbx server set up... I'm going to see if I can clarify how everything works through HA. That said, thank you very much for the addon.

I am with the wonderful world of asterisk and pbx. The error in the beta was given to me when I tried to connect different computers in different network ranges... I work with ranges 192.168.0 and 192.168.1 although being mounted in a virtual machine I'm sure it's some configuration issue on my part. I already made the hik plugin work and it was perfect. Also the asterisk and the frigate and sip cards. On the frigate card, door switch 1 failed, researching different types of service to activate it. However, in the SIP one everything is correct... although the internal unit does not recognize me... in short, looking for the 100 ways to make mistakes. ;). can you show me the addon log when you try to open door? make sure to enable debug mode on the addon, and restart it I have 3 methods to open the door , in case 1 fails ...
