Added pygame to python 3.2 #26

Notes:

I don't have a windows machine handy, so this is untested. I did it to send it to a friend's kid in Chile, which doesn't have a stable internet connection either at home or school, and at school he can't install a python interpreter, so we are sending him a USB stick with this and the inventwithpython pdf.

I think that a (revised) version should be the default 3.2 download in the http://portablepython.com/ homepage, since this is a nice use case, and the author thinks the same: http://portablepython.com/wiki/About/ :)

Thank you so much! If you can't, I plan to access a windows computer on Saturday at a friends house to test too :) I think portablepython is ideal for kids starting to program, because at universities there are labs where students can install stuff (or there will be python already installed) but at schools that's hardly the case :S
