Improved Scopes #140

Some noticed problems with Scope:

Injecting dependencies into scopes is cumbersome (hard to do at root level of suite)
~~Awkward naming convention to avoid collisions (probably not needed) peridotAddChildScope~~
~~Too easy to bypass SplObjectStore and add multiple scopes~~
Seems like a Scope should have access to parent state as well. Look up the tree as well as down?

Scopes are really powerful, so for the next version it makes sense to show them some love.
