IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'.bumpversion.cfg' #113

I would very like to hide .bumpversion.cfg to make make my project root more clearer (i always hide all auxiliary files).

But bumpversion doesn't allow that, falls with error in the issue caption.

OS - Windows 7.

You'd have to help me with that, I have no idea how that works on windows.
