Dancer2 documentation improvements #18

The Dancer2 docs need some love. Some lucky person might get to help with it.

Note: I am still waiting for feedback from the rest of the core team, but I wanted to solicit early feedback from here too. This may change a little bit tomorrow.

@cromedome I had to remove that proposal. Documentation only projects seem to be disallowed according to rule 1.27 here: https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/rules/
